By placing an order, accessing our website, mobile application, or using any service offered by Easy Spin, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Definition

Easy Spin provides professional garment care services, including but not limited to laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, wash & fold, shoe cleaning, stain treatment, pickup and delivery, and related fabric care services.

2. Customer Agreement

By using Easy Spin’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order or use our services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate name, contact number, and delivery address.

• Informing Easy Spin of any special care instructions for garments.

• Checking all garments before handover and removing cash, jewelry, documents, electronic devices, keys, cards, or any other valuables from pockets.

• Ensuring garments are suitable for normal washing, dry cleaning, or the selected service.

Easy Spin shall not be liable for any cash, valuables, personal belongings, documents, electronic items, or other articles left inside garments or pockets before collection. Any such items found may be returned if recovered, but Easy Spin does not guarantee recovery or compensation.

4. Service Acceptance

Easy Spin reserves the right to refuse service for:

• Garments contaminated with hazardous, flammable, toxic, or harmful substances.

• Articles affected by excessive mold, mildew, infestation, or contamination.

• Items that may damage machinery, employees, other customer garments, or pose safety risks.

• Items requiring treatment beyond the scope of available services.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Service pricing may vary from store to store based on location, operating costs, garment type, and service requirements.

• The final applicable charges shall be those communicated by the servicing Easy Spin store at the time of order confirmation.

• Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise approved.

• Payments must be made only through Easy Spin’s authorized payment methods or QR codes displaying Pira Laundry Services Pvt. Ltd.

• Taxes, pickup and delivery charges, express service fees, special treatment charges, and other applicable charges may be added to the final bill.

• Once a service has been completed, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Additional Payment Disclaimer

Customers should pay only the order amount displayed and approved through the Easy Spin platform. Any payment made by a customer beyond the prescribed order amount, whether in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other mode directly to a rider, store representative, or third party, shall be at the customer’s sole discretion. Easy Spin shall not be responsible for such additional payments, refunds, disputes, losses, or recovery of funds.

6. Pick-Up & Delivery

• Orders will be collected and delivered according to the schedule confirmed by the servicing Easy Spin store.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, order volume, operational requirements, and store working hours.

• Express or priority delivery services may attract additional charges.

• Delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, machine breakdowns, labor shortages, force majeure events, or other operational circumstances beyond Easy Spin’s reasonable control.

• Customers or their authorized representatives should be available to receive deliveries at the designated address.

7. Garment Care & Limitation of Liability

Easy Spin exercises reasonable professional care in handling garments. However, Easy Spin shall not be liable for:

• Fabric shrinkage, stretching, fading, bleeding, discoloration, or wear resulting from normal cleaning processes.

• Damage arising from weak fabric, age-related deterioration, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, embellishments, poor stitching, or prior repairs.

• Loss of buttons, beads, sequins, decorations, accessories, or other delicate attachments not suitable for standard cleaning procedures.

• Damage caused due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

In all circumstances, Easy Spin’s maximum liability for any approved claim shall be limited to the service charge paid for the affected item, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Claims & Complaints

• Any complaint regarding service quality, damage, loss, or delivery issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

• Easy Spin reserves the right to inspect the garment and investigate the claim before determining any resolution or compensation.

9. Customer Data & Privacy

Easy Spin collects, stores, and processes customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, customers consent to such collection and processing for service-related purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, designs, software, website content, graphics, marketing materials, and other intellectual property associated with Easy Spin are the exclusive property of Pira Laundry Services Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Easy Spin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website, application, or other official communication channels.

Continued use of Easy Spin services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to Easy Spin services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
