By placing an order, accessing our website, mobile application, or using any service offered by Easy Spin, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Definition

Easy Spin provides professional garment-care services including laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, wash & fold, shoe cleaning, stain treatment, pickup and delivery, and related fabric-care services

2. Customer Agreement

By placing an order, accessing the website/mobile application, or using Easy Spin services, you agree to these Terms. Customers must provide accurate name, contact number and delivery address; communicate special care instructions; check garments and remove cash, jewelry, documents, electronics, keys, cards and other valuables; and ensure garments are suitable for the selected service. Easy Spin is not liable for valuables or personal articles left inside garments/pockets; recovered items may be returned, but recovery or compensation is not guaranteed.

3. Service Acceptance

Easy Spin may refuse service for garments contaminated with hazardous, flammable, toxic or harmful substances; excessive mold, mildew, infestation or contamination; items that may damage machinery, employees or other garments or create safety risks; or items requiring treatment beyond available services.

Easy Spin shall not be liable for any cash, valuables, personal belongings, documents, electronic items, or other articles left inside garments or pockets before collection. Any such items found may be returned if recovered, but Easy Spin does not guarantee recovery or compensation.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary by store/location, operating costs, garment type and service requirements. Final applicable charges are those communicated by the servicing Easy Spin store at order confirmation. Payment must be completed before or at delivery unless otherwise approved. Payments must use Easy Spin-authorized methods or QR codes displaying Pira Laundry Services Pvt. Ltd. Taxes, pickup/delivery, express, special-treatment and other applicable charges may be added. Once a service is completed, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Customers should pay only the approved order amount. Additional payments made directly to riders, store representatives or third parties are at the customer’s discretion and Easy Spin is not responsible for such additional payments, refunds, disputes, losses or recovery.

Additional Payment Disclaimer

Customers should pay only the order amount displayed and approved through the Easy Spin platform. Any payment made by a customer beyond the prescribed order amount, whether in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other mode directly to a rider, store representative, or third party, shall be at the customer’s sole discretion. Easy Spin shall not be responsible for such additional payments, refunds, disputes, losses, or recovery of funds.

5. Pickup and Delivery

Orders are collected and delivered according to the schedule confirmed by the servicing Easy Spin store. Timelines may vary due to location, order volume, operational requirements and store hours. Express/priority delivery may attract additional charges. Weather, traffic, public holidays, machine breakdowns, labor shortages, force majeure and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect schedules. Customers or authorized representatives should be available at the designated address

6. Garment Care & Liability

Easy Spin exercises reasonable professional care but cleaning results and garment condition may vary. Easy Spin is not liable for fabric shrinkage, stretching, fading, bleeding, discoloration or wear resulting from normal cleaning processes; damage arising from weak/aged fabric, hidden or manufacturer defects, embellishments, poor stitching or prior repairs; loss of buttons, beads, sequins, decorations or delicate attachments not suitable for standard cleaning; or damage caused by inaccurate/incomplete customer information. Easy Spin does not guarantee removal of every stain. Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, care-label issues, color bleeding and fabric characteristics may affect results. The maximum liability for any approved claim is limited to the service charge paid for the affected item, unless otherwise required by applicable law

7. Claims & Complaints

Complaints regarding service quality, damage, loss or delivery issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Easy Spin may inspect the garment and investigate the claim before determining a resolution or compensation

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms apply as communicated by Easy Spin for the relevant order/service. Cancellation/refund policy: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY EASY SPIN]. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, brand names, designs, software, website content, graphics, marketing materials and other Easy Spin intellectual property are owned by Pira Laundry Services Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission

11. Changes to Terms

Easy Spin may modify, update or replace these Terms. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website, application or other official communication channels. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, claims or legal proceedings relating to Easy Spin services are subject to the competent courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
